2 pounds skirt steak
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup Mazola® Corn Oil
3 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/8 cup lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan simmer skirt steak in water for an hour. Remove from the water and shred it using two forks so that you end up with long strings of meat.
In a saute pan cook onion in corn oil until golden.
Add shredded meat and garlic. Fry until just crip on the outside, about a minute.
Add lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
