15-Minute Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoons water
1 can (14 1/2 oz)new potatoes drained and cut in chunks
1 package frozen peas and carrots about 10 ounces thawed

Directions:

In a large skillet heat oil,over medium heat and brown steak.
Stir in remaining ingredients,bring to a boil,over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until steak is tender.

*use whatever flavor soup mix you like with this recipe and have fun with it.
