Mini Pizzas
Mini Cheeseburgers

Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 50 min Makes: 6 servings,
4 mini-cheeseburgers each
What You Need!
1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. ketchup 1 Tbsp.
yellow mustard
8 hot dog buns, cut into thirds
6 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices,cut into quarters
6 KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters Make It!HEAT oven to 350ºF.
MIX first 4 ingredients just until blended.
ARRANGE bottom halves of buns, cut-sides up, in 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture onto each; flatten with spatula. Top with pickles, Singles and tops of buns. Cover tightly with foil.
BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until meat mixture is cooked through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

PHILADELPHIA® Creamy Tortilla Roll-Ups
I found this recipes on the back of one of the Kraft foods products and it is simple and just wonderful.Your kids will eat this and love it.
Ingredient's:
1 8oz package of cream cheese;softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortilla's
1 cup refried beans
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 jar think-n-chunky salsa
Now that was all their ingredient's and here is the directions.
mix cream cheese and garlic powder then spread on the tortilla shells add the refried beans on top of the spread.then top with the cilantro.Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Take out and cut into 1/2 inch think slices and serve with salsa.now i also added cheese and meat to mine.But you make how your family will like them.Enjoy.

Pumpkin-Pecan Braid

Coffee Cake
3/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg, separated
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations™ refrigerated flaky dough sheet
Glaze
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 teaspoons milk
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and egg yolk. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
2. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough onto cookie sheet; firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Press to form 13x7-inch rectangle. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Press to form 13x7-inch rectangle. Spread filling in 3 1/2-inch-wide strip lengthwise down center of dough rectangle to within 1 inch of ends.
3. With scissors or sharp knife, make cuts 1 inch apart on long sides of dough rectangle just to edge of filling. Fold strips at an angle across filling, overlapping ends and alternating from side to side. Beat egg white in small bowl until foamy; brush over dough.
4. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; place on serving platter.
5. In small bowl, mix powdered sugar and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm coffee cake. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon pecans

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped pepperoni (about 1 1/2 oz)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend (2 oz)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (from 8-oz can)
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper and Italian cheese blend over each rectangle.
4. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices; place cut side down on cookie sheet.
5. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce. Immediately remove pinwheels from cookie sheet. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce for dipping

2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1 large onion, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1 pkg. (16 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
directions
Heat the broth, celery and onion in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the stuffing and mix lightly.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until hot.
Tip: For crunchier stuffing, bake the casserole uncovered.
