Zesty Italian Crescent Casserole

found this recipe on http://www.pillsbury.com.It was wonderful my 6yr old actually loved it.


INGREDIENTS
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato pasta sauce
6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (8-oz.) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and sour cream; mix well.
3. Pour hot beef mixture into ungreased 9 1/2 or 10-inch glass deep-dish pie pan or 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon cheese mixture over beef mixture.
4. Unroll dough over cheese mixture. (If using pie pan, separate dough into 8 triangles; arrange points toward center over cheese mixture, crimping outside edges if necessary.) In small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese and butter. Spread evenly over dough.
5. Bake at 375°F. for 18 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown

This recipe I found on Land o Lakes website and it is worth a try, very good.

Great for hearty appetites or when you are serving a large crowd. Assemble this family-style chicken casserole the night before and bake it the next day.




Preparation time: 20 min Baking time: 1 hrs Chilling time: 8 hrs
Yield: 8 servings


1 (12- to 14-ounce) package (6 cups) dried cubed herb-seasoned stuffing
2 cups cubed 1-inch cooked chicken
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 (2-ounce) jars chopped pimiento, drained
4 ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 cups LAND O LAKE® Traditional Half & Half or milk
4 LAND O LAKES® All-Natural Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted


Spread 3 cups dried stuffing on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

Stir together chicken, broccoli, chicken soup, mushroom soup and pimiento in large bowl. Spoon over stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Combine all remaining ingredients except 3 cups dried stuffing and butter in medium bowl. Pour over chicken mixture. Cover; refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle with remaining dried stuffing; drizzle with butter. Bake for 60 to 90 minutes or until set and heated through.

Mini Pizzas


Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 20 min Makes: 4 servings, 2 pizzas each What You Need4 English muffins, cut in half, toasted 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni Make It
PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Spread English muffin halves with pizza sauce.

PLACE on foil-lined baking sheet. Top with cheeses and pepperoni.

BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Prep Time: 15 min Total Time: 50 min Makes: 6 servings,

4 mini-cheeseburgers each

What You Need!

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp. ketchup 1 Tbsp.
yellow mustard
8 hot dog buns, cut into thirds
6 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices,cut into quarters
6 KRAFT Singles, cut into quarters Make It!HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX first 4 ingredients just until blended.

ARRANGE bottom halves of buns, cut-sides up, in 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture onto each; flatten with spatula. Top with pickles, Singles and tops of buns. Cover tightly with foil.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until meat mixture is cooked through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

PHILADELPHIA® Creamy Tortilla Roll-Ups

I found this recipes on the back of one of the Kraft foods products and it is simple and just wonderful.Your kids will eat this and love it.

Ingredient's:

1 8oz package of cream cheese;softened
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 flour tortilla's
1 cup refried beans
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 jar think-n-chunky salsa

Now that was all their ingredient's and here is the directions.

mix cream cheese and garlic powder then spread on the tortilla shells add the refried beans on top of the spread.then top with the cilantro.Roll up tight and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Take out and cut into 1/2 inch think slices and serve with salsa.now i also added cheese and meat to mine.But you make how your family will like them.Enjoy.
